Return Policy:
     
All requests for returns must be indicated in writing via email. Requests submitted
within 30 days of receipt of order are eligible for a return. Requests submitted beyond
30 days after receipt of order will not eligible for a return. Unless otherwise agreed upon, Beads Worldwide will not be responible for charges incurred during the return of product.
Refund Policy:
     
All requests for refunds must be indicated in writing via email. Requests submitted
within 14 days of receipt of order are eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange.
Requests submitted within 15 days to 30 days of receipt of order are eligible for a credit
or exchange only. Requests submitted beyond 30 days from reciept of order will not
be accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
     
All requests for cancellation must be indicated in writing via email. Requests of
cancellation of orders will be handled on a case by case basis and will be accepted only if
the order in question has not been dispatched for delivery. In the case where a request
for a cancellation has been accepted a 10% restocking fee will apply.
International Shipping Policy:
     
All orders to be shipped out of the United States are required to select
"International Priority Mail" as the shipping method. Clients selecting
"International Priority Mail" as their shipping method will be charged an estimated
flat fee. In the event the order exceeds our standard box size Beads Worldwide
reserves the right to charge the credit card on file the difference between the actual
shipping charges and the estimated shipping charges paid. In the event
"International Priority Mail" is not selected as the shipping method for an international
order Beads Worldwide reserves the right to charge the credit card on file the
difference between the actual charges and the shipping balance paid.
Order Fulfillment Policy:
     
Beads Worldwide reserves the right to complete and fulfill an order irrespective of whether all the items are in stock. In the event that a large percentage of an order is unavailable Beads Worldwide reserves the right to make the determination whether to offer the client the opportunity to cancel the order. This offer is solely the right of Beads Worldwide and cannot be requested or required by the client.
Back Order Policy:
     
In the event an item ordered online is not currently in stock but is scheduled to return to "In Stock" status within a 3 day window, Beads Worldwide reserves the right to delay the processing of the order and include said item when it is once again in stock. In the event an item ordered online is out of stock but is scheduled to return to "In Stock" status beyond a 3 day window Beads Worldwide will not delay processing of the order and will refund the client for value of the missing item. If a client wishes to wait for any potential back order items they may make this request in the "Notes" portion of the payment processing window.
